International Yoga Day 2019 celebrated by the NCC Cadets, Students and Teachers at Army Goodwill School, Potha with great enthusiasm. 50 NCC Cadets and Students from grade 3rd to 10th demonstrated various asanas. Warm up exercises were taken and all the students performed sitting and standing asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously.
